Hyundai Northwest is seeking a Full-time BDC Representative for our sales department to handle post-inquiry follow-ups, inbound calls, and appointment scheduling. You will provide outstanding customer service and build rapport to drive customer satisfaction.

You will answer inquiries by phone, email, and text, reschedule no-shows, and collaborate with the sales team to meet visiting and appointment goals while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous dealership customer service or sales experience a huge plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Computer literacy.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing/information given at all times.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers after vehicle inquiries, handling inbound calls and scheduling sales appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers.
• Answer incoming calls by phone and respond to online inquiries via email, phone, and text.
• Follow up & reschedule no show appointments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their visit was to satisfaction.
• Work with our sales department to ensure customers' needs are being met.
• Reach sales and appointment goals.
