Hyundai of Greenville is seeking a motivated Internet BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and drive dealership growth. You will oversee internet leads, phone sales, and appointment setting while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be organized, competitive, and passionate about developing people, improving processes, and turning inquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.

Competenze

• Experience in automotive BDC or dealership sales.
• Prior BDC management or team leadership preferred.
• Strong telephone, communication, customer service, and appointment-setting skills.
• Experience with automotive CRM systems and lead management.
• Proven ability to track performance metrics and improve conversion results.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead, train, and motivate the Internet BDC team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Manage all incoming internet leads, phone calls, website inquiries, and third-party sources.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, including response times, contact rates, appointment-setting rates, show rates, and sold conversion.
• Ensure timely, professional, and consistent follow-up with every sales prospect.
• Monitor CRM activity, lead distribution, follow-up tasks, and pipeline management to ensure accountability.
• Develop effective phone, text, and email strategies to increase customer engagement and appointment opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales Managers and General Manager to maximize lead conversion and dealership sales.
• Review team performance regularly, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans.
• Maintain a customer-first approach while ensuring compliance with dealership policies and applicable communication regulations.
• Help create a positive, competitive, and accountable team environment focused on results.
