Job summary

Willis Automotive in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Internet Sales specialist to handle all aspects of Online sales. You’ll respond to inquiries via email, phone and chat, build relationships, secure customer data, and schedule appointments with the sales staff.

You will need excellent written and verbal communication, strong internet multitasking abilities, and the ability to work in a team. Training on multiple car lines will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Responds timely to all incoming inquiries via email, calls and chat; provides correct information to prospective buyers and schedules appointments.
• Provides ongoing customer service and develops relationships with customers via email, phone and chat.
• Attains product knowledge and promotes dealership and services; attends training to certify in multiple car lines.
• Attends sales meetings and trainings as scheduled; performs related duties as assigned.
