Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads
• Respond to emails professionally and clearly
• Assist customers in vehicle selection with industry knowledge and customer happiness
• Understand internet customer psychology to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online
• Deliver inquiries to other sales personnel promptly
• Other duties as assigned
