Responsabilités

• Answer all incoming calls and chat/call requests promptly.
• Respond to emails with quotes and follow-ups to secure appointments.
• Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or referrals.
• Speak with a high percentage of assigned leads.
• Set and maintain appointment show rates and follow-ups.
• Log all customer interactions in the CRM system.
