Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa is hiring for an Internet Sales Consultant to manage inbound internet leads, identify customer vehicle needs, and drive sales through follow-ups and demonstrations. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail automotive environment focused on commissions and minimum wage for non-sales tasks.

Responsibilities include lead response across email, phone, and chat, presenting financing options, and maintaining CRM records. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one previous sales role

Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for monitoring and facilitating internet leads, determining customer’s vehicle needs, maintaining a follow up system that encourages repeat & referral business for Mossy. Understand the terminology of the Automotive business and keep abreast on technological changes in the product, features, and accessories. Including vehicle delivery to customers.

Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, however they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approx. $65,000 to $130,000.
