Qualifications

• College degree or five years of experience in international customer service.
• Bilingual: English/French required.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps and territory manager with pre- and post-order activities and customer support.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and submittals.
• Process sample requests for customers.
• Enter and adjust orders, review purchase orders, and clarify details.
• Handle order status inquiries, shipping dates, and expedite requests with customers.
• Coordinate activities with the international sales team and remote locations.
• Provide back-up support when needed and manage letters of credit as required.
• Follow company policies and participate in ongoing learning.
