Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Programs 2 to support the International portfolio within the II&S Operating Unit. This position will be responsible for the leadership and execution of international programs supporting aircraft survivability and related mission capabilities.
The Program Manager will have responsibility for program performance across cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and customer commitments. The selected candidate will work across a highly integrated team including Engineering, Logistics, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, Contracts, Business Management, Global Trade, and other functional organizations to ensure successful execution and delivery.
This role requires a leader who can manage near-term execution while maintaining focus on customer relationships, financial performance, risk management, and long-term program and portfolio growth.

Primary Level Salary Range: $153,800.00 - $230,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
