Affinity Recruiting is seeking an International Outside Business Development Representative based in Kansas City to support our client's nationwide territory in the logistics or freight forwarding space. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in cold calling and closing deals.

Responsibilities include identifying leads, managing prospects, building an uncapped territory, demonstrating product services, and meeting sales quotas. Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years in sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success.
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
