Heilind Electronics Europe in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive sales-support professional to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and to collaborate with field sales, purchasing, and product management.

You will prepare customer-specific quotations, support high-value orders, and manage CRM data while ensuring smooth communication in French and English. A strong Excel proficiency and remote-work tools will help you excel in this role.

Formación

• Experience in sales, preferably in an international environment.
• A way of working focused on finding solutions and helping customers.
• Self-prioritizing tasks, solid organizational skills.
• Fluency in French is a must; Spanish is a strong advantage; strong English for meetings and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management.
• Prepare and issue customer-specific quotations and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Support CSR in high-value orders booking.
• Manage booking Blanket +CA.
• Monitor all Blankets in CRM.
• Customer master data management.
• Perform as a support for controlling (credit hold/overdue invoices reports).
• Oversee API requests and handle escalations.
