• Associate degree or 1–2 years of progressively responsible experience in an office or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support for Inside Sales Staff and Branch Management.
• Assist with order entry and maintenance, reporting, backlog review, and spreadsheet administration.
• Back up support for the sales team on customer needs and help grow sales with certain accounts.
• Meet with Branch Management within 30 days to understand objectives and document your role.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets; demonstrate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Learn Heilind CRM system and order entry workflows within 90 days.
• Communicate backlog and product availability to ensure 95%+ on-time delivery.
• Provide one process improvement idea within 6 months.
• Develop relationships with internal support personnel; maintain professionalism and diplomacy.
