Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior experience in a related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and business practices.
• Strong problem solving, listening and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to maximize value.
• Create business cases and pitch materials to sell.
• Develop and implement Global E-Commerce expansion strategies.
• Present to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Respond to sales inquiries to maximize sales potential and service.
• Identify and secure sales and other commercial opportunities.
• Formulate and execute a commercial strategy to generate new revenue streams.
