Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide inquiry services and Welcome calls; guide families early in the process.
• Coordinate with International Social Service Coordinator and local staff for home studies and orientation.
• Assist families with dossier preparation, USCIS paperwork, and documentation uploads in SAM.
• Coordinate travel preparation, itineraries, wires, and country-specific requirements.
