Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work (preferred) or related field; state requirements may apply.
• No experience needed except where required by State.
• Social Work licensure is strongly preferred but not always required by state.
• Must lift at least 25lbs and have reliable transportation.
• Office environment; remote work policy may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct casework services across Lifeline programs, including pregnancy counseling, adoption (domestic and international), foster care, and church-based programs.
• Collaborate with State Director and state staff to achieve strategic objectives, goals and KPIs.
• Serve as a core member of the state team and align with Lifeline’s Core Values.
• Develop family recruitment and pregnancy counseling networking through meetings, trainings and referrals.
• Maintain timely documentation, intake interviews, home studies, and post-placement services as required.
