Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide timely communication to families regarding the adoption process.
• Guide families through the dossier process, including notarizations, certifications, and legalizations.
• Serve as liaison between clients and third-party agencies (e.g., home study agencies, USCIS).
• Audit client files at key milestones to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Maintain and organize client documents and records inSharePoint; ensure compliance with state and international requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work/ Human Services/ Psychology or related field

Master's degree in Social Work or related field
