Job summary

Lifeline Children's Services is hiring for a casework role that spans pregnancy counseling, adoption programs, foster care, and church partnerships. The position emphasizes serving diverse state communities with flexible responsibilities and a strong faith-based approach.

You will conduct intake, assessments, and ongoing case management, ensuring families are supported from initial contact through post-placement follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work (preferred) or related human services field
• No experience required except where state demands
• License not required unless required by state; social work licensure is strongly preferred
• Must lift at least 25lbs and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct casework across Lifeline programs including pregnancy counseling, adoption, foster care, and church partnerships
• Act as a minister of the gospel to clients and partners while aligning with Lifeline's core values
• Conduct home studies, assessments, and documentation in compliance with agency and state requirements
• Maintain consistent communication with families and provide ongoing case management from intake through placement and post placement services
