Job summary

Lifeline Children's Services in Montgomery/Troy, AL area seeks a Part-time Caseworker to provide direct casework across programs, including pregnancy counseling, adoption, and foster care, with flexibility to align to state needs. You will partner with the State Director and team to meet goals, while upholding Lifeline’s gospel-centered values and ministry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field.
• Social work licensure preferred.
• Must lift at least 25 lbs and have reliable transportation.
• Remote work policy applies; office environment typical.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct casework across Lifeline programs including pregnancy counseling, adoption, foster care.
• Collaborate with State Director and staff to achieve KPIs.
• Minister of the gospel to coworkers, clients, and partners.
• Build relationships with churches and community partners.
• Conduct home studies and assessments as assigned.
