Job summary

Bish's RV, Inc. is seeking a charismatic Internal Service Advisor to join our RV team. You will bridge sales and service, ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently, with a pay target of $40,000 plus a performance bonus.

In this role you will coordinate service workflows, review work orders for accuracy, and support collaboration across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Proven ability to use computer-based systems and standard software.
• Willingness to pass a background and drug test.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and sales.
• Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to standards.
• Track the status of internal jobs and follow up for on-time completion.
• Assist with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty processes.
• Support inventory tracking and maintain service records.
• Communicate effectively across departments to align priorities.
