BSS Internal Sales role in the branch is a fast-paced, relationship-driven position focused on maximizing sales by developing new accounts and nurturing existing customers. You’ll handle orders, work with the wider team and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, and promote safety in every aspect of the job.

• Experience in phone-based sales or customer service to build trust with a diverse range of people.
• Able to manage a busy inbox and ringing phone with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building with regular customers over the phone and email to secure repeat business.
• Handle customer orders and inquiries accurately, coordinating with the team and suppliers to ensure complete deliveries.
• Operate in a fast-paced sales office environment without cold calling.
• Identify and develop new accounts to grow the branch’s customer base.
• Champion a strong safety culture across all aspects of the role.
