Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply's Warwick branch seeks an inside sales professional to support the Territory Manager and Branch Manager in delivering high-quality building products and exceptional customer service. You will assist with order processing and accurate quotes for customers, including walk-ins.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to learn product details quickly, and the skill to develop lasting relationships with buyers while meeting branch sales targets.

Qualifications

• Meet expectations as determined by Branch Manager and budget related to Branch sales and quotes.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Learn and retain knowledge of new products and systems.
• Provide support, pricing, and delivery information to Territory Manager.
• Customer sales experience with cold-calling or telemarketing.
• Approachable demeanor with walk-in customers and vendors; prompt inquires.
• Develop counter and winning sales strategies.
• Retain new buyers by building relationships.
• Accurate price quoting and follow-up communication.
• Cash handling and credit functions.
• Operate a PC and related software.
• Multitask, prioritize and meet timelines.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and sales.
