Purvis Industries is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to boost sales and customer satisfaction. You will assist customers, support outside sales, process orders and quotations, and provide product information to ensure an exceptional customer experience while supporting branch operations.

Preferred candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong communication and organizational skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment with basic inventory understanding.

• Assist with counter sales and customer service activities as needed.
• Process inquiries by phone, email, mail, and online platforms.
• Prepare quotations, bids, and customer orders for outside sales staff.
• Enter and maintain orders, quotes, bids, and related documentation.
• Purchase products to fulfill orders.
• Provide product pricing, availability, and catalog information.
• Increase sales through cross selling and upselling.
• Handle returns, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Maintain product knowledge and support branch operations.
