Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking an Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative to engage with nationwide dealer partners, present Westlake programs, and grow funding activity from an office-based team in a fast-paced environment.

You will train dealers, manage a growing base, and drive revenue through consultative sales and proactive outreach, aiming for high earnings via uncapped commissions and a guaranteed base.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales preferred.
• 1–2 years in a Sales role with proven success.
• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote company products to levels of management in dealerships.
• Identify and contact sales prospects and assigned accounts.
• Follow up on CRM leads and referrals from dealerships.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships across the US.
• Communicate via phone, email, and video to train on programs and funding requirements.
• Provide loan solutions and restructure transactions to close deals profitably.
