Job summary

Westlake Financial seeks an Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative to nurture dealer relationships and drive funded deals, working within a dynamic, office-based team in the United States. The role emphasizes consultative selling, onboarding new dealers, and expanding the Westlake program across the dealer network.

You will train with the team, pursue opportunities, and manage a dealer base to maximize growth and funding speed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred).
• 1-2 year’s previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you.
• Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain consistent communication via phone, email and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and funding requirements.
• Provide solutions and structure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
