Job summary

Westlake Financial is a leading auto finance company in the United States seeking Account Manager – Internal Sales Representatives to train and prospect for business opportunities with our dealer partners across the country.

In this full-time role, you will manage dealer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and train dealers on current programs to accelerate funding. The position offers a highly incentivized compensation package with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience).
• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you.
• Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Constant and effective communication via phone, email and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
