Job summary

apply is seeking a Digital Talent Solutions Consultant to implement and scale an internal talent marketplace and mobility capabilities. You will be hands-on in the core platform, translating business needs into technical requirements and guiding adoption strategies.

With 5–8 years of implementation experience, you will lead delivery, ensure platform stability, and collaborate with Talent COEs, People Tech, HRIS, and analytics teams to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

5-8 years of hands-on implementation experience with enterprise Talent technologies.
Proven track record delivering internal mobility, skills-based platforms, or talent marketplaces.
Experience working directly in the core platform with hands-on delivery, not only advisory.

Responsibilities

Assess current state mobility processes, systems, and data; help design future internal talent ecosystem capabilities.
Translate business needs into technical requirements with HR Tech and Talent COEs.
Serve as a trusted advisor on skills-based talent, marketplaces, and AI-enabled matching.
Lead implementation and delivery efforts, including testing, data mapping, and deployment, ensuring global readiness.
Collaborate across Talent COEs, HR Technology, People Analytics, and Integration/Data teams; communicate progress to senior leaders.
