Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a strategic Talent Experience Program Manager to design, launch, and optimize programs improving the candidate and employee journey. You will drive internal mobility, referrals, and interviewer success to ensure a seamless TA process and strong brand alignment.

In this role you will partner with Marketing to reflect Anduril's mission, technology, and culture in employer content, while defining metrics to prove impact and ROI across the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and TA tech.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize talent experience programs focusing on internal mobility and career development.
• Lead career page revamp and optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end candidate journey mapping and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Marketing to translate brand strategy into employer messaging.
• Track metrics to demonstrate ROI of programs, especially internal fill rates.
• Provide SME guidance on candidate and employee experience best practices.
