Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Talent Solutions Consultant to implement and scale an enterprise internal mobility platform and skills marketplace. The role blends systems strategy with hands-on delivery, partnering with Talent COEs, People Tech, and integration teams to translate mobility strategy into usable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on implementation experience with enterprise Talent technologies.
• Deep hands-on implementation experience with internal talent marketplaces.
• Experience working directly in the core platform, not just advisory roles.
• Delivery ownership from design through deployment.
• Proven experience delivering internal mobility or skills-based platforms.
• Strong delivery leadership with direct involvement in configuration, testing, integrations and rollout.
• Strong product thinking, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Internal Mobility Strategy & Platform Architecture: assess current processes and define future-state capabilities.
• Implementation & Delivery Leadership: manage integration/config, testing, data mapping, and deployment.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: align Talent COEs, HR Tech, People Analytics, and integration teams.
• What Success Looks Like: on-time delivery, scalable platform, measurable business impact.
