Carrier is seeking an Internal Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end internal material flow, from receiving through production consumption, ensuring materials are available at the right time and place. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Scheduling, Production, Inventory Control, Procurement, and Logistics to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in materials, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain, including 3+

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of materials, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience.
3+ years of experience influencing teams through reporting and risk management, with hands-on expertise in inventory management, transportation, lean operations, and continuous improvement.

Mansioni

Lead internal logistics operations from receiving to line-side delivery.
Ensure uninterrupted material flow to production and coordinate with Planning to align material flow with production requirements.
Drive warehouse layout optimization projects and kaizen events to reduce waste and travel distance.
Develop escalation processes to prevent line stoppages and lead cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Scheduling, Production, Inventory Control, Procurement, and Logistics.
