Carrier is seeking a Materials Engineer to design and optimize material flows, packaging, and replenishment systems within our manufacturing facility. You will implement pull systems and improve line-side presentation and inventory efficiency to drive lean operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in materials or logistics engineering, with preferred proficiency in Lean Logistics and material flow design tools.
