Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Materials Lead to own the end-to-end materials flow within a Carrier manufacturing facility. You will oversee planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory to power production.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in materials or supply-chain, including leadership of planning or logistics teams; APICS certification is preferred. You will coordinate with a global supplier network and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years in materials/supply-chain with 3+ years leading planning, procurement, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory.
• Ensure material availability to meet production plan.
• Own inventory levels and working capital management.
• Develop and lead planning, logistics and warehouse teams.
• Drive supply chain improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and global supply network.
• Own MRP master data for materials.
