Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 2+ years in warehouse or internal logistics.
• 2+ years leading, coordinating or directing the work of others in an operational setting.
• 2+ years ERP/WMS transactions and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a shift team of material handlers for replenishment and movement.
• Ensures on-time, accurate delivery of materials to production lines.
• Assigns work, manages staffing coverage, attendance and performance on the shift.
• Owns inventory transaction accuracy and supports cycle counts.
• Enforces safe operation of forklifts, tuggers and material-handling equipment.
