Job summary
In-Telecom is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Louisiana to provide exceptional IT support to clients both onsite and remotely. This role involves leveraging technical expertise to resolve various IT issues effectively while administering cloud solutions such as Office 365 and Azure AD.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, 3 to 5 years of IT support experience, and outstanding customer service skills. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance along with a 401k plan.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong background in Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint Administration.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional onsite and remote IT support.
- Administer and support cloud solutions.
- Stage hardware and perform troubleshooting.
- Manage Active Directory and server administrations.
- Implement and support networking technologies.
- Travel to client sites as required.
