Job summary

Nest Health seeks an experienced IT Operations professional to own the Louisiana end-user experience. You will be the primary on-site presence for the New Orleans office and LA sites, handling hardware, connectivity, setup, and in-person support, while delivering remote multi-tier assistance.

You will manage identity lifecycle in Microsoft 365/Entra ID, endpoint management across devices via Intune and RMM tools, and drive automation to scale repeated tasks.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in internal, customer-facing IT operations (healthcare preferred).
• 2+ years hands-on with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Intune, and Windows/macOS/iOS support.
• Experience with RMM tooling and IT security controls.
• Automation experience with PowerShell or Power Automate to scale end-user support.
• Resides in the New Orleans metro and can be on-site at least weekly.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-site presence for LA office hardware, connectivity, setup, and in-person support, while providing remote multi-tier assistance.
• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Develop automation to scale workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate, or AI-assisted processes.
• Maintain endpoint security and compliance, including Conditional Access and password-less authentication; collaborate on SOC 2 efforts.
• Document and steward knowledge across the Louisiana IT domain; support hybrid and distributed teams.
