Job summary

In-Telecom in Louisiana is seeking an Internal Systems Technician to support internal operations across Louisiana, Texas, and Georgia. You will handle Tier 2 issue resolution, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain core Microsoft cloud infrastructure.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell, administer Intune and Autopilot, and enforce RBAC and security policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive IT systems support or MSP experience with Tier 2 ticket resolution.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, and Entra ID.
• Device enrollment via Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and Autopilot.
• Familiarity with Conditional Access, Defender, and modern authentication.
• Hybrid directory knowledge: AD + Entra ID synchronization.
• PowerShell scripting for tenant management.
• Networking basics including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs.
• PSA/RMM tools like ConnectWise, plus documentation and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• L2 incident escalation and systems support; root-cause analysis for complex faults.
• Identity & Directory Services: Entra ID sync, AD, DNS, GPO conflicts.
• Microsoft 365 administration: mail flow, rules, OneDrive/SharePoint access governance.
• Endpoint management: Intune/Autopilot deployment and compliance policies.
• Network & connectivity: VLANs, VPN, firewall, VoIP quality issues.
• OS remediation: registry fixes, profiling, and event log forensics.
• Provisioning & lifecycle: imaging and decommissioning with Intune and Autopilot.
• RBAC enforcement, security policy monitoring, SSPR and MFA tooling.
• Automation: PowerShell, Rewst, Power Automate workflows.
• Documentation: SOPs, architecture diagrams, lifecycle tracking.
