The role requires a strong writer with experience in internal comms, video, and design, collaborating with executives and teams nationwide to maintain brand standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in internal communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS 365, and CMS.
• Hands-on experience with video production, photography, and editing software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong project management abilities.
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
• Familiarity with AP style and AI prompts for impactful messages.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and produce internal content across intranet, email, digital signage, the employee mobile app, and print.
• Research and develop monthly articles that spotlight company strategy, culture, events, and key initiatives.
• Craft executive messaging, speaking points, and quotable language for internal communications.
• Support video production, photography, and graphic design projects.
• Assist with brand standards, ensuring consistency across logos, trademarks, and design guidelines.
• Contribute to social media content creation as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute company-wide Town Halls and employee engagement campaigns.
• Build internal relationships that foster a positive and informed employee experience.
