Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, journalism or PR.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and employee comms apps.
• Excellent written communication and editing skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop content for internal publications across channels and locations.
• Assist leadership with internal communications, including presentations and announcements.
• Align messaging with organizational objectives and culture.
• Coordinate companywide meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with external comms, HR, and social media to promote internal stories.
• Analyze metrics to refine messaging and channel strategy.
