• 2+ years in communications or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to craft audience-specific messages.
• Experience creating internal announcements, newsletters, intranet content, or similar materials.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging and work with leaders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with business priorities and employee engagement.
• Create executive communications, including talking points, presentations, and organizational updates.
• Draft content across internal channels: email, intranet, newsletters, presentations, and digital signage.
• Coordinate timelines, reviews, approvals, and deliverables for timely execution.
• Translate complex business topics into clear messaging and support communication effectiveness.
