Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience in Marketing, Web/Social media, or Communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations preferred; substitution considered.
• Advanced content writing skills with ability to translate complex subjects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; timely responsiveness with external entities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent time management; multi-tasking across projects.
• Expert Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute communications across channels (email, intranet, web, social, print).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support employee communications and engagement programs.
• Coordinate content for internal events, campaigns, and announcements.
• Support employee recognition program administration and vendor coordination.
• Ensure messaging consistency with brand standards and timely delivery.
• Monitor engagement, gather feedback, and report on effectiveness.
• Draft and edit intranet content and publish timely updates.
• Track metrics and provide reporting for continuous improvement.
