Qualifications

2+ years experience in communications, marketing or related field
Proficient in drafting internal communications, announcements and newsletters
Experience with internal platforms (SharePoint, Slack, Yammer) and analytics tools (AEM, PowerBI)

Responsibilities

Create, deliver, and measure internal communications supporting Learning & Talent Development (LTD) efforts
Support LTD initiatives with content development and execution
Align messaging with business objectives and employee engagement goals
Draft and deliver content across internal channels (intranet, email, digital signage)
Gather information to support drafting, distribution and measurement of tactics
Manage timelines and editorial calendars
Contribute to change communications and employee engagement initiatives
