Responsible for developing, delivering, and measuring communications that align with business objectives and engage internal audiences. Create and execute communication plans across multiple channels. Manage internal communication channels, leverage project management tools, and adhere to established processes. Collaborate closely with team members, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders to ensure communications are aligned, timely, and impactful. Review communications for compliance with guidelines and contribute to team deliverables with increasing independence. Perform assignments of moderate scope and complexity, applying judgment within defined parameters. Support marketing analytics reporting by creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, monitoring communication and channel performance, and translating data into actionable insights that improve communications strategy and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with developing reporting and analytics using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), email software and Power BI.
