Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to partner with our Internal Communications Manager to craft day-to-day communications and publish internal content. You will help bridge gaps between teams and ensure updates are clear, human, and actionable.

You will manage newsletters, Slack updates, and intranet content, while tracking engagement metrics and supporting ad-hoc projects as the communications function scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Writing, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or a hands-on, writing-heavy role.
• Exceptional written communication with strong tone, clarity, layout, and copyediting.

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute newsletters and company announcements, sourcing updates from various departments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Product, Operations, etc. to translate needs into company-wide messages.
• Support intranet by building, formatting, and organizing content pages for easy navigation.
• Format and publish Slack announcements with clean layouts and readability.
• Support intake process with Project Coordinator to translate announcements into drafts.
