EY is seeking an experienced communications leader to guide the Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement function, translating complex business priorities into clear messages for leaders and staff across Talent, Operations and Finance.

You will partner with executives, shape leader messaging, ensure timely delivery, and drive adoption across multiple channels in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise- or practice-wide initiatives in a complex professional services organization.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.

Responsabilidades

• Translate established priorities into clear, compelling communications for leaders and staff.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications.
