Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to shape and deliver communications across Talent, Operations and Finance. You will translate business priorities into clear messaging, collaborate with leaders, and drive coordinated, high-impact communications across the practice.

Ideal candidates bring executive-level communications experience, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced professional services

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; typically no less than 8–10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives in the practice.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
• Serve as the communications partner to Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives; align messaging and engagement strategies.
• Translate complex business, operational and people-related topics into clear and actionable communications.
