Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead messaging for Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives. The role emphasizes clear, credible leadership communications and cross-functional collaboration across Consulting, Brand and Marketing & Communications.

You will translate business objectives into messaging, guide senior leaders, and ensure disciplined delivery of communications across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required and 8–10 years of experience in executive/internal communications.
• Masters degree is preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and large-scale enterprise initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, audience-tailored messages.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for internal communications.
• Develop strategic communications materials, FAQs and cascade content.
• Collaborate with Talent, Operations and Finance teams to drive alignment.
• Monitor engagement and incorporate insights for future content.
