Responsabilidades

• Process inbound internal customer calls, emails, and other inquiries about bank policies and procedures.
• Explain policies and procedures clearly to internal customers.
• Provide guidance, support, and problem resolution via phones, intranet, email, conference calls and training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, policies, procedures, banking laws and regulations.
• Serve as liaison for internal and external customers; pursue solutions and own inquiries.
• Maintain procedures for current content in the knowledge base.
• Execute operational duties such as account maintenance and balancing.
• Maintain knowledge and support for VeraBank systems.
