Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Branch Support & Account Maintenance Department.
• Provide staff training and address issues with corrective action.
• Lead policy and procedure development in response to regulations.
• Coordinate with senior management on product rollout and disclosures.
• Oversee audits, reporting, and board communications.
• Manage department budget and vendor relationships.
• Support new branch openings and core system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
