Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics, specifically intermodal customer service and operations.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple shipments and customers.
• Strong communication skills with a sense of urgency and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Order acceptance, order entry, planning, and scheduling of intermodal rail shipments.
• Coordinating with Knichel Logistics rail and drayage partners to ensure capacity and service.
• Monitoring intermodal shipments to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery and resolve issues.
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement to enhance service offerings.
