Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred in logistics or business.
• Familiarity with freight brokerage and transportation logistics beneficial.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate freight rates with carriers to secure competitive pricing.
• Source carrier capacity using load boards and TMS tools.
• Oversee onboarding and vetting of carriers for safety and compliance.
• Execute carrier procurement to ensure reliable capacity.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor shipments and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
