Job summary

MEDLOG USA is seeking an experienced Intermodal Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders in our Transportation Management System (TMS) and relay updates to customers and our dispatch team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customer questions, requiring excellent communication and a positive attitude to handle a high volume of emails and calls.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in customer service; intermodal industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve potential late and at-risk deliveries and coordinate resolutions with dispatch.
• Monitor and track loads and provide timely notifications to customers of changes.
• Process customer orders in the TMS and relay information to dispatch.
• Maintain records, compile data, and perform general administrative duties.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
