BELFOR Franchise Group (BFG) is seeking an Intermediate Carpenter to support reconstruction efforts and expand residential to commercial work. You will work with BELFOR estimators, run projects autonomously, and help develop basic carpenters while expanding multifamily capabilities.

The role emphasizes framing, cabinetry, trim, insulation, and rough carpentry, with opportunities to travel and work nights/weekends as required. Strong customer service and on-site safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervision of unskilled labor and coordination of basic BELFOR tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely delivery under field conditions.
• Attend BELFOR safety training and apply learned techniques on site.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential project issues and seek guidance when needed.
• Answer questions or direct complex queries to the right resource.
• Move and protect contents and construct containment for dust and debris.
• Perform floodcutting, salvaging, and baseboard/cabinet labeling per BELFOR methods.
• Complete shrink wrap tasks and develop insulation/trim knowledge on site.
• Maintain equipment and safety practices; report time and usage accurately.
